Drop two spreadsheets — deposits and invoices, a bank statement and your ledger, payments and bills — and get them matched: amount-anchored, with the invoice number pulled from the memo where there is one, a date window, and name matching that survives "ACME CORP" against "Acme Corporation, Inc.". Lump sums are matched to the combination of invoices that add up to them. Every match shows the rule that produced it, ambiguous ones ask instead of guessing, and the leftovers are listed with why.
